Alexander Kondrashonok has over 10 years of experience in management and financial consulting. At ASER, Alexander organized and fine-tuned the company’s work in the financial consulting field, developed training methods and business processes which allowed to create a highly qualified team capable of independently implementing at least 100 projects a year. Under the leadership and with the participation of Alexander, more than 400 business plans were developed for the implementation of major investment projects and companies’ development projects both locally and abroad.
He was an investment consultant and curator of a number of major infrastructure projects implemented by international organizations and financial institutions: UN, UNIDO, IBRD, EBRD, EIB, NEFCO, Global Environment Facility, etc.
Alexander also holds corporate seminars and training courses on financial modeling and evaluating the effectiveness of investment projects for employees of banks, insurance companies, as well as top management of the largest enterprises in Belarus.
He is the author of a number of articles for key financial and economic publications, as well as a frequent speaker in specialized forums and conferences in investments and finance sector, and he is invited as an economic expert on the country’s leading TV channels.
He is BS in economics from the Belarusian State Economic University with a specialization in Economics and Enterprise Management and he also holds MBA from the Graduate School of Business Administration.
