
Alexander Kondrashonok has over 10 years of experience in management and financial consulting. At ASER, he established and structured the company’s financial consulting division, developed training programs and internal business processes, which helped build a highly skilled team capable of independently delivering over 300 projects annually. Under his leadership and direct involvement, more than 1,000 business plans have been developed for major investment and corporate development projects both in Belarus and internationally.
Alexander has served as an investment advisor and project lead for several large-scale infrastructure initiatives implemented by international organizations and financial institutions, including the UN, UNIDO, World Bank, EBRD, EIB, NEFCO, the Global Environment Facility, and others.
He also conducts corporate workshops and training sessions on financial modeling and investment project evaluation for professionals from banks, insurance companies, and top management teams of major enterprises in Belarus. He is the co-author of the practical guide “Business Plan for an Investment Project from A to Z.”
Alexander is a frequent contributor to leading financial and economic publications, a regular speaker at industry forums and conferences on investment and finance, and is often featured as an economic expert on national television.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Enterprise Economics and Management from the Belarusian State Economic University and a Master’s degree from the High School of Business Management.
