Analysts of the investment and consulting company ASER and the BIK Ratings rating agency analyzed the Belarusian milk and dairy products market.
The study includes a brief overview of the global milk and dairy products market. The volume of the world market, its structure, including the volume of international trade in dairy products, were considered. The leading countries in production, export and import for each type of product have been identified, the generalized picture of international trade in the regional context has been analyzed. The main trends in the world milk and dairy products market were also considered.
A separate block was devoted to the milk and dairy products market of the EAEU member states.
The study of the Belarusian milk and dairy products market includes an analysis of the production volumes of the main types of dairy products, the dynamics of foreign trade in milk and dairy products, the main positions of export and import of dairy products by the Republic of Belarus have been determined. Also, prices for main dairy products and consumption dynamics for 2016-2020 were analyzed.
A separate block of the study was devoted to the performance indicators of milk and dairy producers. Based on our own sample of enterprises, an analysis of the financial results of their activities was carried out.
In addition, profiles of the main market players were drawn up and the main areas of activity of these companies were considered.
