ASER Managing partner Oleg Ilyin addressed the X International Economic Forum Innovations. Investments. Prospects. with an overview of the procedure for attracting external financing by an innovative company.
Oleg spoke about the sources of financing available to Belarusian businesses; factors of companies’ investment attractiveness; steps needed to meet the requirements of the various institutions.
The forum took place on July 15-16 on the FEZ Vitebsk platform and the main topic was Issues of Import Substitution in the Implementation of Innovative Projects. The forum program included a plenary session with the participation of the leadership of the Vitebsk region and 7 panels where the participants discussed various aspects of innovative development, prospects for the development of free economic zones, and the possibility of using advanced technologies.
