One of the frequent business responses to current global challenges is relocation. The possible impact of the arrival of Russian and Belarusian IT companies on the IT market of Kazakhstan was the subject of discussion by experts at the TALAP.Talks round table, which took place on April 19.
ASER Managing Partner Oleg Ilyin spoke about the trends in the field of relocation of the Belarusian IT business at the round table. Oleg shared his opinion on the vulnerabilities of the current conditions for businesses to enter the Kazakhstan market, suggested possible ways to increase the attractiveness of the Kazakh region based on the experience of relocating Belarusian businesses, pointed out the needs of individual relocation entities (outsourcing IT companies, startups, freelancers).
The discussion was attended by representatives of the TALAP Center, the international technopark Astana Hub, International Data Corporation, Public Foundation Digital Transformation and other experts of the IT community of Kazakhstan.
