
Alex is an expert with 15 years of experience in industrial policy and strategic sectoral development.
He began his career at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, where he gained extensive experience supporting high-level government decision-making on key economic development issues. For his dedicated work and active involvement in drafting strategic and policy documents in the fields of science, innovation, and industry, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor by the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
At ASER, Alex has established himself as a highly qualified analyst with a strong background in academic research and investment consulting. He has led and contributed to more than 100 projects focused on business planning, evaluation of commercial feasibility, and market research across various industrial sectors, including energy, metallurgy, and petrochemicals.
Alex holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Management at the Belarusian State Economic University. His area of academic specialization is “Economics and Management of the National Economy.” He has completed professional training and internships at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Institute of Business and Management of Technologies at Belarusian State University, as well as at the Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg and Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft in Germany.
