Elena has over eight years of hands-on experience in management and financial consulting, including more than two years as part of the ASER team.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to the development of over 150 projects for medium and large businesses across various sectors in Belarus and internationally.
Her core areas of expertise include financial advisory for investment projects, business process efficiency analysis, preparation of investment memorandums and business plans, development of growth strategies, and comprehensive company valuation. Elena’s experience allows her to offer tailored approaches and proven solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Elena holds a degree in Real Estate Expertise and Management from the Civil Engineering Faculty of the Belarusian National Technical University. She has also completed additional professional training in Business Valuation and Intellectual Property Valuation.
