Vlad has over 10 years of experience in financial consulting, investment banking, and corporate finance.
He began his career at the company as a financial analyst and has since grown to the position of Deputy CEO, having led or participated in more than 1,000 projects across various industries in Belarus and abroad.
His areas of expertise include advising and supporting investment projects, M&A transactions, business performance and strategic development consulting, preparation of business plans, feasibility studies, due diligence, business valuation, and structuring complex financing solutions.
Vlad holds a degree from the Engineering and Economics Faculty of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, and a Master’s degree in Finance, Money Circulation, and Credit from the Belarusian State Economic University. He has also completed professional training at the Higher School of Economics (course: “Financial Markets and Institutions”) and Bocconi University (course: “Private Equity and Venture Capital”).
